LIGHT THERAPY COACHING

Individual protocol development, education, and product evaluation.

I have never been to a Light Therapy Session, what can I expect at an appointment?

  • At the initial appointment there will be an intake and assessment of your specific issue, as well as client completing forms and consent.

  • Appointment times for the initial visit are about 1 hour, and follow-up appointments around 40-45 minutes.

  • Pads with LLLT (low level light therapy) will be applied to your area of concern.

  • Light, loose clothing should be worn for placing pads under clothing and on the skin.

The medical grade LED lights used deliver light at a slow rate, don't heat up, and are safe to be applied directly to the skin.
