I have never been to a Light Therapy Session, what can I expect at an appointment?

At the initial appointment there will be a couple forms to complete and an assessment to create a protocol unique to you.
Appointment times for the initial visit are about 1 hour, and follow-up appointments around 40-45 minutes.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and be well hydrated.
The number of sessions needed for your specific issue depends on how long the problem has existed as well as other factors.

The medical grade LED lights used deliver light at a slow rate, don't heat up, and are safe to be applied directly to the skin.

Appointment Types

Initial appointment: This is the first appointment where initial client documents are completed, a consultation and evaluation occur, and a plan for individual care is made. Application of the specific frequency and light needed for the specific client concern are applied.
Follow-up Appointments: Every follow-up appointment involves a brief assessment of current client issues, and then application of appropriate, targeted light and frequency
30 Min. Consultation for Equipment Evaluation or Education Session: Clients can bring current light therapy equipment they have or products they are interested in for an evaluation. Educational opportunities about light are also available.
Concierge/Mobile: All services above occur in the comfort of your own home.
